About Leslie Long, RDN, LD
Hi! I’m Leslie Long, a registered dietitian with a background in clinical research, obesity and metabolic health, and behavior-change counseling.
I am trained through Monash University in the low FODMAP approach for IBS and specialize in translating research into practical, sustainable nutrition care. My focus is on helping clients navigate digestive symptoms, reduce discomfort, and regain confidence around food — all in a way that fits real life.
My practice is intentionally small so I can provide thoughtful, individualized support while maintaining clinical excellence. I work with clients as a partner and ally — listening intently, supporting you through challenges, and helping you uncover what triggers your symptoms. I trust that you know your body best, and together we’ll develop a plan that works for you and your lifestyle.
I aim to make the low FODMAP process clear, manageable, and empowering, guiding you through elimination, reintroduction, and symptom tracking while keeping your goals and everyday life at the center. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition, practical strategies, and empathy — because lasting results come from understanding, support, and realistic solutions.
If you’re ready to take control of your digestive health and feel relief from frustrating IBS symptoms, I’m here to help you navigate the journey with clarity and confidence.
